Meet Our Physicians
C. Scott Anthony, DO
Dr. Scott Anthony is a Board Certified Pain Management and Anesthesiology
physician. As a native Oklahoman, he received his medical training at Oklahoma State
University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his residency in
anesthesiology and fellowship in pain management at the highly regarded Washington
University and Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He received both of his board
certifications through the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Anthony founded Pain Management of Tulsa in 2007. He has been devoted to all
aspect of interventional and medical management of chronic pain for more than 20 years.
Along with his practice, he is a Clinical Professor of Surgery for Oklahoma State University
College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Anthony is also a key voice in the state of Oklahoma
in the area of education regarding proper prescribing, appropriate use of opioid therapies in medical practice and the prevention of misuse and diversion of opioids.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active and
traveling. He is very active with his alma matter, often finding him at an OSU game.
Traci L. White, MD
Dr. Traci White is a Board Certified Pain Management and Anesthesiology physician.
Originally from Sand Springs, Oklahoma, she attended the University of Oklahoma College
of Medicine for her medical education. She then completed her residency in anesthesiology
and fellowship in pain management at the highly regarded Washington University and
Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Both of Dr. White’s board certifications are through
the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. White joined Pain Management of Tulsa in 2009. Along with treating chronic
pain, she has since furthered her specialization in the treatment of vertebral compression
fractures and the treatment of cancer related pain. Dr. White is passionate about achieving
the maximum quality of life for her patients. She is a member of the Tulsa County Medical
Society and Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists.
When not taking care of patients, Dr. Traci White enjoys traveling, being creative,
going to the lake, and most of all, spending time with her husband, daughter, and her three
Lisha is a native Oklahoman, growing up in Tahlequah. She attended the University
of Oklahoma were she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005 and her Master
of Science in Nursing in 2008. She is a certified Advanced Practice Clinical Nurse Specialist
through the American Association of Colleges of Nursing and licensed by the Oklahoma
Board of Nursing. In 2014, Lisha joined Pain Management of Tulsa. Her previous experience
in neurosurgery drew her to caring for patients with chronic pain. On her days off, Lisha
enjoys spending time with her family, attending her son’s football games and her daughter’s

Kendra obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oral Roberts University.
She then went on to complete her physician assistant studies and received her Master of
Health Science at the University of Oklahoma in 2004. She is board certified by the National
Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Oklahoma
Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision. She is an active member of the American
Academy of Physician Assistants. Having experience in the treatment of chronic pain,
Kendra joined Pain Management of Tulsa in 2013 where she could continue to help those in
need. When not at the office, Kendra enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Kendra Hurst, PA-C
Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Susan earned her Bachelor of Nursing from
Thomas Jefferson University. She worked many years with oncology patients in pain. She
then went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing at Maryville University in St.
Louis. She holds her Nurse Practitioner certification though the American Academy of Nurse
Practitioners and is licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. After completing her
education, Susan joined Pain Management of Tulsa in 2017. In her free time, she enjoys
spending time with her family, traveling, and attending concerts and the theater.
