Within the patient portal, you have the ability to access your treatment and appointment information, contact our physicians and staff through secure messaging for questions, fill out forms and submit them directly to the office, and request medication refills.
Our portal also maintains a record of your to see previous communication and information, allowing you to track interactions with our office.

Requirements to Register for a Patient Portal Account
You must be at least 18 years of age and have an existing medical record on file with Pain Management of Tulsa.
How to Register for a Patient Portal Account
You must have a valid email address on file for Pain Management of Tulsa to send you a link to register for the patient portal. Once we have your valid email address, we will send you a link to access the portal.
You will click on the link in the email sent to you and enter any information required, including the “secret word” that is given to you by our staff.
Once you have registered you will be able to access the portal anytime by going to our website at pmoftulsa.com and clicking the patient portal tab.
